Hello,
I have been getting this message during boot for a past few days.
sudo journalctl -b | grep plugdev
Jun 05 19:35:34 donnie-laptop systemd-udevd[159]: specified group 'plugdev' unknown
fgrep -r plugdev /{etc,lib}/udev/rules.d
/lib/udev/rules.d/60-openobex.rules:ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="usb", PROGRAM="/usr/bin/obex-check-device $attr{idVendor} $attr{idProduct}", MODE="660", GROUP="plugdev"
openobex was updated on 6/1.
pkgfile /lib/udev/rules.d/60-openobex.rules doesn't yield anything.
I am wondering what might have caused this error to show up in boot.

It's owned by openobex (pacman -Qo /lib/udev/rules.d/60-openobex.rules) although you are correct in noting that pkgfile doesn't have it in its database (yes ran pkgfile -u) which is a little odd.

Thanks for referring me to appropriate bug report.
PS- my pkgfile syntax might have been wrong.
$ pkgfile /lib/udev/rules.d/60-openobex.rules
$ pkgfile 60-openobex.rules
extra/openobex

Can I ask, what was the workaround?

So what is the solution for this??

As stated in the linked bug report above https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/35602 using uaccess instead of plugdev seams to work, but not over SSH.
