Can't connect to the Internet by CDMA modem during installation

Hi! It's is my first post on this forum.
I am completely new to Arch. Last time I used Ubuntu, but I want to learn more about Linux, that's why I came here. Sorry for my english too :x
While installing I need Internet connection. Bad thing, I have only CDMA usb modem -  AnyDATA ADU-520C.
Good thing - there is a wvdial on LiveCD !
Wvdialconf detects modem, and everything seems ok. I'm editing etc/wvdial.conf, setting username and password - ok.
When I try to connect with these settings, everything going on its good way when suddenly wvdial hangs on secondary DNS address. What's going on? I've read some solutions, but nothing works for me or I just can't do it on LiveCD.
After using wvdial, I must restart computer, because it says modem "device is busy".
Thanks in advance for every reply!

EDIT: I just tested on VirtualBox - the same issue. I made screenshot with output:

Again, I'm waiting for any notes hopefully.
