Problem With USB Keyboard

So I have a razer deathstalker usb keyboard (not the touchscreen one). The issue I am having is that almost every single time that I boot my computer I have to disconnect and reconnect my keyboard for it to work. After I do this it works perfectly fine.
Before systemd does fsck there is an error message saying,

usbhid: unable to add device hid: -71

How can this be fixed?

EDIT: It does this only on cold boots. when I restart after it after I have gotten it to work, it boots without the error message and works fine.
Also when it doesn't work, it lights up (it's backlit) but it cannot type.

Re: Problem With USB Keyboard

Ok I am considering marking this as solved because for whatever reason this has not happened again since I posted this.
Maybe a pacman -Syu solved it...
