[SOLVED]problems with hd8750m.

hi guys,i just purchased a samsung ativ book 5 with an amd hd8750m graphics card on it.i had already installed xf86-video-ati and enabled KMS but when i try to run power-play-switcher,it tells me that i'm on an unsupported environment and therefore i can't change the power management method.
now my laptop heats a lot and battery runs out in 1 or 2 hours.can any one help?maybe just help me turn off the card(no method found on google work)
any suggestion will be appreciated!

"Doesn't work" is quite vague, don't you think? What about logs, specifics, etc? As far as i know no users on this forum completed Hogwart's divination course, so don't expect us to just read everything about your problem from a crystal ball.

@kaszak696 :sorry and thanks.when i ran that command,echo gived me an invalid error message .however after i reboot ,things started to work ,don't know why.
