ROCCAT isku fx, kone xtd

Hi,
I like to extend my hardware with a keyboard and a new mouse with light effects. I love visual effects.
Did anyone tried the ROCCAT isku fx keyboard or the ROCCAT kone xtd mouse on archlinux?
There are some packages for roccat devices in AUR.

Do they allow the whole functionality as the devices have in windows?
Please tell me you experiences.

Product Recommendations are discouraged as the information quickly goes out of date and then people googling their situations get all sorts of bad (outdated) information.

I sent a mail to ROCCAT Support containing my questions. I will let you know the details after they responded, or after I bought these two and had tested them.
