Kernel unstable on p7p55d when ACPI APIC is enabled

I have the next hardware: p7p55d + 4 core i5 cpu 750 + GeForce 9800 GT + usb mouse + usb keyboard.
I've used this hardware for 4 years under win7 and had not any troubles.
A week ago, i've decided to dedicate that machine for archlinux.

So the problem is:
If ACPI APIC is enabled in bios, my archlinux is loading for some seconds and then hangs. Sometimes even, i have time to login in, but after 1-10 sec the kernel hangs.
If i've disable  ACPI APIC in bios, all is ok, except only one core supporting by kernel. btw i've installed my arch linux when apic was disabled in bios.

Playing with different options in bios did not give anything.
I've tried 'debug' kernel option and this also does not give anything.

Is there any thoughts how found a cause of unstability of arch on my pc?

Maybe yout motherboard is configured to do "something else" better, there are other specifications out there like APIC, Device Tree, APM, etc...

Getting in to a wild guess, maybe checking out acpid would give more information? If there is something unsupported on your hardware later you can fill a bug.
