Installation on Foxconn AT-5250

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install Arch on a barebone pc. During boot, the screen turns black, the last line says something about dhcp. The machine still reacts to input, though: ctrl+alt+del reboots it.

I tried ``nomodeset'' and a couple of variations I found that are supposed to work "99% of the time with these problems", but no success.

The pc has the intel GMA 3650 that used to have some problems, but from what I understand (here) that should only affect Xorg, which I'm not starting, of course.

Any ideas?
