When viewing this in a narrow broser window, the links at the top come down and overlap with other elements which makes things ugly and hard to click.
Today I found a way to stop this from happening.
1) Install "Adblock Plus" extension for firefox
2) Install "Element hiding extension for Adblock Plus" extension
3) Click on adblock plus icon ->Select an element to hide
4) Click on archlinux picture at the top left
5) Repeat steps 3 & 4
6) Refresh the page
7) Stuff no longer overlaps
Works only with firefox.
Just thought I'd share this finding.

I'd use a userscript: remove the css height-rule from #archnavbar, and add a div with clear:both as last element of div#archnavbar
| alias CUTF='LANG=en_XX.UTF-8@POSIX ' |
