When I try to launch either short or long test to my hard drive, it stops at 10% saying: "FAILED". Any ideas? I know it has some bad sectors.
Also does anybody knows how to repair uncorrectable and pending sectors marked by s.m.a.r.t? If so, which tool?

Buy a new drive and replace this one ASAP. No, seriously. Even if it works for now, it's going to spiral into a nightmare sooner or later. If you really want to, you can use tools like badblocks or hdrecover to prolong it's agony, but it's still going to fail.
