[Solved] Pre installed Windows and EFI System partition

I have bought a PC with pre-installed Windows 8. When I booted to Parted Magic and I saw it has Windows Partition and EFI System partition.

Doesn't help much since I don't undrestand what those steps are for.
It has section for
- Asus Z68 Family and U47 Family
- P8Z77 Family
- M5A97

I don't seem to recognize these names. I have an MSI motherboard.

And I don't want to go through these steps.
Will it boot okay if I create ext2 grub partition and install grub to MBR and files to this partition? Will it boot windows with chainloader?
Ir is it some special-configured BIOS to use EFI only?

Edit: found answer for my question. Looks like there's only EFI way to boot, so GRUB needs to be installed to EFI partition without formatting.
