What's the name of the cool terminal "greeter" program everyone has

I tried to search but I don't really know what to search for. I only found THIS:

Can someone tell me please what is it and where can I get it?

Or alsi .. Both are in the AUR.  His shell appears to be zsh.

Fun fact: Google found archey when I searched for a terminal greeter :-)
