Firefox 1.5 takes forever to startup

I just upgraded firefox to 1.5 since it's become 'current'. It takes a really long time to startup but works ok once the homepage is loaded up. Has anyone else had the same issue? I'm thinking of going back to 1.07.

I had the same issue -> What helped me -> Delete the firefox settings from Your home folder and start firefox once again.
It started in a breeze
Maybe it's an issue of settings between 1.07 and 1.5. I don't know but deleting the settings helped me
