HDA Intel CS4207 external mic capture very low volume of voice

i have arch installed on Fastwell CPC308 card

arecord -l

when i record throgh external mic i have noise and very very low voice volume

when i use arecord max what i have even if i scream is 10%
but is i blow in mic i have 100%

any help?

problem solved
incorrect soldering of jack for microphone
