[SOLVED] powertop bug

Hi fellow archers,

After a full system update last week powertop stopped working. When I try to run it I get:
BUG: requesting unregistered parameter 69
BUG: requesting unregistered parameter 74
and the two lines start repeating really fast and fill a lot of screens per second
I am not sure what details are rellevant, but here are some:
Thinkpad X200s, C2D SL9300, 64bit Arch, i3wm.

I did a sudo powertop --calibrate from my user account, and then waited for the entire calibration process. Even though it spit out a lot of errors powertop started after around 10 minutes. When I pressed q to exit powertop it started spitting out even more errors. Next time I run it it just worked.
