Well.. it's official. Microsoft has released their own version of Python, called IronPython, for .NET... It's still beta.
IMHO, this is ridiculous, seeing as Python is flexible enough to be able to work with .NET without altering the language itself.

Jesus man... Microsoft really irritate me at times... they've been so anal-retentive about not releasing any of their source code up until recently, yet it seems they're willing and eager to grab hold of decent OSS and add it as another 'feature' of their development environment. :evil:
