Overclock a Quadro NVS 160M?

Hi,
I am on a Dell latitude E6500 equipped with a Quadro NVS 160M video device. I can't seem to overclock it with Coolbits (nvidia-settings). It returns a

Failed to set clock frequencies!

error.
I attempted to go through the process of flashing it in Windows but I was not able to save the BIOS with gpu-z. I have searched the web and found that others have been able to overclock this card. Is it possible to do? Or does Dell lock their hardware?
