lid trigger doesn't work properly

Hi, I'm running Arch x64 with KDE and I haven't upgraded my system for a while so a few weeks ago I did it. Since that time I found that my screen isn't turned off while lid closing. When the lid is almost closed it turns off, then when I close the lid fully it turns on again. Here's the video I made ( there's ssh  journalctl -b -f on a big screen) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oiC71VF8CyM . If I'm closing the lid slowly the screen turns off. But every time I close the lid with usual speed it doesn't turn off. I use KDE power manager where I set "Turn off the screen" on lid close action. But seems like lid trigger doesn't work properly. On another OS it works ok. Anybody has any clues?)
