[SOLVED]DVB-C Card keeps failing. (Cablestar HD 2)

Hello,

my DVB cards keep randomly crashing and kill an IRQ, dmesg shows:

I have a setup with 2 dvb-c cards with tvheadend. When idle, one of the cards suddenly dies and kills an IRQ. Booting with irqpoll did not help.
BIOS is up to date. I had similar problems with Ubuntu 12.04.
The cards have a jumper (and afaik no one knows what it actually changes), I tried it both with and without jumper.
Removed each card, but both keep crashing after at least 4-5 days of uptime in different pci slots.

Maybe someone else has experienced similar problems? I don't really know what else to try.

Just to close the topic.

The problem is a faulty pcie -> pci bridge on my mainboard https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38632

06:00.0 PCI bridge: ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM1083/1085 PCIe to PCI Bridge (rev 01)

rev03 and up are not faulty.

There is a hacky kernel patch, but i'm getting a new mainboard with an other chipset.
