[Solved] Need to authenicate on network to use internet

I am trying to install Archlinux on my university computer. The authenicate on network I should enter my login and password on a specific web page, however after boot to installation system I don't have any browser avaible. Is it any way to overcome this issue?

You have one of the links browsers (elinks, IIRC)...
