/dev listed as removable device

After a recent upgrade, /dev started appearing as a removable device in Nautilus.  It is also appearing in the "Removable drive menu" Gnome Shell extension.  I'm not sure which package update introduced the issue, but this is happening on several Arch computers.  Does anyone have any insight into this issue and how to fix it?

Thank you in advance.

Re: /dev listed as removable device

maybe is the /dev from /dev
You have /dev in your fstab?
What if you try to unmount it?
What if you run nautilus as root?
Questions 2 and 3 at same time?

and for the record, this not happen in thunar.
