Just installed 0.7.1 and find it awesome, nice work guys
One (minor) defect : setfont is not on the CD (base iso), so km can not change the console font (loadkeys works fine, that's enough after all ).
Now I wonder if I can uninstall some packages, as I do not need them and they are not marked as dependancies to other. I think I can, but they are in the "base" system, so maybe this can cause problems with some packages I will install later ? Here is the list :
- devfsd (why is this thing in the base system anyway ?)
- grub (use lilo)
- nano (use vim)
- ppp and rp-pppoe (use dhcp)

yeah, feel free to remove those.
check out pacman -Qe for a list of programs that don't depend on other programs.
pacman -Rs progname removes a program and all its dependencies that are not required by other programs.

Not sure but I think it might still be required for anyone that goes with the 2.4 kernel option.
