What is the name of this color scheme?

And can I find it for Gedit?

I don't know... Mojito Mixer? Vivid Verdant? Pleasant Pastures? Some other alliterative descriptor for shades of green?

There's no humanly possible way anyone can identify the colors in a screenshot; even if someone here happens to have a similar colorscheme, there's no way of knowing if it's that colorscheme. Ask the person who took that screenshot, or use a color picker with the screenshot to hand-craft your own (which still won't be exactly that colorscheme, due to whitewash in the image).

Looks like solarized, or a variant thereof.

Really? If I see a "greenscreen" theme for gedit, I would definitely recognize it and say its name.

Okay, I'll try to be a bit more ammenable, though I think my point remains.  Try looking through here and here, and seeing if the colorscheme you're looking for (or something like it) is among those piles.  Then, knowing its name, you could search to see if any analog exists for gedit; if not, you could always make your own gedit version.  Your fallacy lies in a string of assumptions: That there's some finite number of possible colorschemes out there; that "greenscreen" is one of them; that someone else has already made a version for gedit; and that lots of people would stumble in here and recognize it on sight.  And you haven't mentioned why you can't just ask the person who made the screenshot what colorscheme it is.

EDIT: Fixed link to Vivify.

ANOKNUSA, thanks, I get the idea. Good links, although they make my old PC almost irresponsible.
