terrible HDD noise when shutdown my laptop

I have bought a new laptop ASUS N56VV last week. I installed a new SSD(/dev/sda) and moved its original HDD to optical drive as secondary harddisk(/dev/sdb).
I just migrated archlinux from my old laptop and everything is well except this one:

When I shutdown my laptop it shutdowns in less than 3 seconds(fine), but I can hear a terrible noise from the secondary HDD. It sounds like I cut off its power directly. Same issue does not exist under WIN7.

What should I do to fix it?

Thanks for any help!

Kernel: linux-3.11.6-1/linux-uksm-ck-3.11.5-1
Desktop Environment: LXDE
Tweaks: hdparm -B 254 /dev/sdb
I also add "acpi_osi=" to kernel options for my Fn keys.
