nxagent - cliente rejected help

I am trying to use nxagent to run a session like Xnest to run a DE like compiz. I run the server like this

nxagent :1 -geometry 1024x768

in a new terminal i

export DISPLAY=:1

when i go to test and run say gedit, i get this error from the nxagent server terminal.

AUDIT: Sat Nov  9 06:16:05 2013: 22501 nxagent: client 1 rejected from local host

What am I missing to make this work??
