[SOLVED] Since Kernel 3.12.0-1 allmost double ernergy consumption

Hello my friends,
I post my powertop-html. Since powertop 2.4 I get the energie consumptions in "Xs/s" displayed and not any more in "Xw/s" (X for m, s, ...).

Before Kernel 3.12 I get an energie consumption in IDLE by ~ 5W. Now it is by ~10W.

Why in the world did you choose to post the html output?!

I think you need to take a look at the information powertop is telling you while booted from a previous kernel, and compare it with the info from the power hungry kernel.  It breaks power consumption down by processes and hardware.  I don't think anyone else is going to be able to make these comparisons for you, so some digging on your part is almost certainly going to be necessary.

I noticed that the GPU on my x220 is more active, resulting in much higher core temperature and less battery life.

The solution of this issue was the installing of bbswitch 0.7-18! Without bbswitch the Kernel 3.12. don't still deaktivate the second GPU (nVidia), against the promise ...

3.12 has definitely brought about dual-GPU functioanlity. But it does not simply work out-of-the-box.  It takes some configuration (albeit minimal) that is explained pretty clearly in the wiki.
