Because I want to install Unity, and I want to know if there is some problem. If it will broke my other DEs.

You can do it and for the most part if one is broken the others will still be alright. Research how display managers like gdm or lightdm work.

You can always create a test box to see if your packages will break your system. This is also the best practice if you are trying new things, especially if you're in that beginning phase of Arch.
