login problem

When I try to login to the forums with the dillo browser, it pops up the warning:

    This page uses the NON-STANDARD meta refresh tag.
    The HTML 4.01 SPEC (sec 7.4.4) recommends explicitly to avoid it.

    The author wanted you to go here [https://bbs.archlinux.org/index.php] after 1 second.

and then further down it says that I have logged in successfully.  When I go to the indicated redirection link, it says that I am not yet logged in.

Is this a probem with dillo, the Forums, or both?
