ProxyBox, a selective proxy setting application written in Racket.

This is a small program I wrote in Racket to solve a small issue I have with using xfce, LXDE,and other desktop environments: there is no simple GUI for changing proxy settings. The only such GUIs I have seen require using a more... centralized desktop environment like KDE or GNOME (or unity), and ubproxy, which requires me to log out and log back in (and it doesn't seem to work at all for me anymore. Unlike other applications for proxy configuration, ProxyBox runs specified programs with the specified proxy settings.  This is the first practical application I have written, and the first I have released to the public. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
