ThinkPad x230 suspend and hibernate

My ThinkPad x230 failed to suspend most of the time, but sometimes it can suspend successfully.
Both `systemctl suspend' and `pm-suspend' failed to suspend.
hibernate has the same issue.
Does anyone has the same problem?
