kde 3.5 sound bug - please point me to the bug report

Hi all - I've seen posted several times on this forum that there's a known issue with alsa and kde 3.5, and that it's an upstream bug.  I cannot, however, reproduce this issue on any other distro I have running.  I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to point me to the kde bug report so I can see if what I'm experiencing has anything to do with that bug.  So far I haven't been able to find this bug report -- or rather I've found a few similar reports, but they've all been closed RESOLVED.
