System Freeze - Not Sure What the Problem is

At the moment I get irregular system freezes, probably 1 or 2 a day. I've checked in my journal and I'm not sure what the problem is. The last time it happened I can see it's last note before freezing was attempting to clean temp directories:

Next time it happens I'll look for a similar pattern. Can anyone suggest anything else I try or anywhere else I should look?

Could be somthing to do with your hardware, bad sata cables, bad hdds? I had a faulty sata cable cause lockups.

Read the SMART wiki, unfortunately I wouldn't really know what to look for exactly, perhaps just post any errors if you get any.
