pkg-config has no*.pc file for blas and lapack

Hello

I tried to use pkg-config with blas and lapack. Although I have installed the two libraries, pkg-config has no *.pc file for them. I also couldn't locate them anywhere on the system. Is this intended?

Looking at the file list on https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/blas/, there is no .pc file.

Does upstream provide one? If not, Arch isn't going to add one unless absolutely necessary. If upstream does provide one, file a bug report.
