Frequent wifi disconnects

Hi, I recently installed arch and my wifi driver is frequently disconnecting and reconnecting in intervals of several minutes. I use netctl to connect to the internet.

network controller (lspci): Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter (rev 01)
kernel release (uname): 3.12.5-1-ARCH
firmware (dmesg): rtl8192ce: Using firmware rtlwifi/rtl8192cfw.bin

According to the dmesg output (below) I frequently get deauthenticated because of reason 7 (Class 3 frame received from nonassociated STA). I don't understand what this means. Does someone know why this happens and how it can be fixed?

Btw: When I run iwconfig it tells me that power management is off.
