What's this: "pcieport 0000:00:0a.0: driver skip pci_set_master, fix i

Hi,
I'm on a fresh installed Arch_X86-64 with AMD CPU.
After a fresh boot my journalctl shows this message:

pcieport 0000:00:0a.0: driver skip pci_set_master, fix it!

Please advise if it's a driver problem, how to fix it, or can I ignore it?
