I have an AMD Cayman PRO Radeon HD 6950 for my graphics card, and the open-source driver works perfectly for playing videos in full screen, and the proprietary works wonderfully for WINE, but they don't work vice versa. Is there a way I can switch from one driver to another without re-installing and rebooting my computer? I'd be fine with even restarting X11.
