[solved] xf86-input-mouse won't install

Hi!

I've just managed to install everything I need for Xorg 7.0 (hopefully!) except for xf86-input-mouse.

When I try to install it, I get the following error:

xf86-input-mouse: /usr/man/man4/mouse.4.gz: exists in filesystem

I have tried re-downloading, but I still get the same error, and it doesn't install.

Any suggestions?

Suggestion: install using

pacman -Sf xf86-input-mouse

This conflict has been discussed before, and can be ignored.

Re: [solved] xf86-input-mouse won't install

It is very usefull to have a clue what pacman does here. It complains about a man page (==manual) for the mouse module. It won't overwrite an existing one.
As it is only a manpage, and for sure the one that belongs to the new package is the right one, you will overwrite the old one. Pacman -Sf installs the new files with force.
