Update kernel archck - help

Hi!

In the morning I ran pacman -Syu and I press yes for kernel. It is my mistake: I didn't see thaqt is a archCK kernel. Now I cannot boot a computer. I get an error 15: file not found.
Is there possible to save this problem, please? I have on computer just Arch Linux.

Thanks.

On my system the archCK kernel deleted my /boot/grub. There was just directory /boot and I need to reinstall grub.

I start computer with arch cd. When it came to boot than
vmlinuz root=/dev/hda3 /bin/bash (for my case) and installed arch kernel. I need to installgrub again too.

Re: Update kernel archck - help

I get..... Error 21 Selected disk does not exist grub> setup (hd0)
Error 12: Invalid divice requested
grub> quit....after I run install-grub /dev/hda /dev/hda1. My boot is hda1, swap hda2, and root is hda3

Re: Update kernel archck - help

ok first do

fdisk -l /dev/hda

does the output look normal to you?
if yes then do

# grub
grub> root (hd0,0) (Specify where your /boot partition resides)
grub> setup (hd0) (Install GRUB in the MBR)
grub> quit (Exit the GRUB shell)
