Suddenly when I use headphones on my laptop, the sound is strange: most voices and some other sounds are muted/low, but the sound is normal when using the built-in speakers and the headphones are working fine. However, when I start alsamixer and unbalance the volume for the headphones, the sound appears to be closer to normal. How can I fix this?
