[JSP / HTTP] Persistent frame on webpage

I'm working on my JSP schoolproject: it has to be a dynamic website powered by JSP / Servlets and a database. I decided to make an online bookmark "service" (just a few simple pages so far big_smile). The idea is that people can register at this site and start adding categories with bookmarks in them. This way you can access your bookmarks from any computer.

Now, the only way this can be useful is when the bookmarks are constantly visible. I was thinking about putting the bookmarks and their controls in a frame, and open the bookmarks in another frame. Is there a way to keep these frames from being replaced by the frameset of a website from the bookmarks?
