I tried above solutions but for me and my 7300GT the ultimate solution was:
pacman -Rdds libvdpau-va-gl libvdpau

Seems not that smart because mplayer:
[mk@linux ~]$ mplayer
mplayer: error while loading shared libraries: libvdpau.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Had this problem for a very very long time now. Tried everything or so I thought and nothing helped. Three days ago I right clicked on a Youtube video, clicked settings and unticked "Enable hardware acceleration". Three days still no crash! Nothing else in the system was changed. GPU: Geforce 630M

For me I only got a blank screen where the flash content was supposed to be and couldn't get into the "flash settings".
I added
EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=0
to /etc/adobe/mms.cfg and that "fixed" it for me.
Technically this is a workaround since hardware acceleration should work, I guess. (I use nvidia 343.22-5 with GeForce GTX 750 Ti)
