Are there any free alternatives to Adobe Flash Builder for Linux?

I need to modify an .fla file, however, I don't have the money to buy adobe flash builder. Are there any free alternatives for linux?

This crossed me on google, I have no experience with any of these programs.

- http://www.synfig.org/cms/ (Flash/SWF not supported yet, so probally not what you want)

I was able to get flashdevelop to work pretty well in wine. So I guess that is what I will be using. But thank you for the suggestions. I may end up needing them.
