So, where can I see the compile options of the official binary packages? Please, tell for lamer)

As a shortcut, you can find the PKGBUILD of a package on the top right of each package's page under Package Actions/Source Files.

You can see the default compiler/linker flags in /etc/makepkg.conf

You can see the default compiler/linker flags in /etc/makepkg.conf
