mutt, IMAP, and Exchange
The "http://mychael.gotdns.com/static/ntlm.patch.txt" link seems to be broken. Was this feature integrated into the official mutt package? If not, what is the way of getting this working again? Perhaps this one I have just found with a quick google?

I think it would be safer to integrate this change as inline into the mutt package itself.
