Pulseaudio, HDMI and KDE

First of all: I have a working setup, but somehow i think it is not as perfect as it could be.... On every reboot i see the following message (with journalctl): [pulseaudio] pid.c: Daemon already running

So first of all: this is what i did, to make it work:

I added the following on /etc/pulse/default.pa

load-module module-alsa-sink device=hw:1,7

and further:
/etc/xdg/autostart/pulseaudio.desktop

NotShowIn=KDE;

With those two changes, my audio is working fine (except the error message about the running daemon)

What should work, but for some reason not on my system:
I tried to remove the pulseaudio.desktop file completely and did not add the load-module module-alsa-sink device=hw:1,7 line. With this setup, i can hear the sound under "systemsettings -> multimedia -> test". But when i open up a music file, it just wont play any sound.
Am i missing anything here???

Thanks,

tumas
