Cinnamon Power Settings' not respected

Hi,

the settings I have configured for Cinnamon regarding power settings, specifically "Suspend when inactive for...." is not respected and nothing happens when the given time period has exceeded.

I have set it to suspend after 10minutes of idling on battery, but even after 1 hour nothing happens.

I have gotten the other settings (like what to do when lid is closed) by editing logind.conf as below. The computer suspends fine when lid is closed, so my guess is that this is not a missing executable problem.

 systemctl suspend

and

systemctl hibernate

work as intended.

This is my /etc/systemd/logind.conf

Re: Cinnamon Power Settings' not respected

I have the same issue.  I made a similar post on linux mint forums, since that's where most of the cinnamon users and devs seem to hang out.
