Short story long I can't Install wine by Pacman -S wine? Already tried pacman -Syy but no solution there?
Anyone the same problem?

What is the output for when you
sudo pacman -S wine
??

wine is still in the official repositories. 'pacman -Syu wine' should work. Is multilib enabled in pacman.conf?

You're on x86_64, and because you didn't read the wiki, you didn't enable the multilib repo.

Sorry guys for wasting your time, I just forget it was a 64 bit system after years of 32bits systems here . Just a minor mistake plz walk by and have a nice evening. I will mark this thread as solved

Also... welcome to Arch. As a recent learner of Arch my strongest recommendation is to start by reading the archwiki on everything. When you search, add "archwiki" to your search string. If I'm installing wine, I would search "wine archwiki". If I'm installing and setting up alsa, I would search "alsa archwiki".
If you had done this, you would of read the wine archwiki at https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Wine
Coincidentally, the very first line is "Wine can be installed with the package wine, available in the official repositories. If you are running a 64-bit system, you will need to enable the Multilib repository first." Which would of solved your issue in the first place.
Also, after consulting with the wiki, if my issue is not solved I would look for similar situations/solutions on the arch forums by searching "wine archwiki site:bbs.archlinux.org" of course I would fine tune it with an error message that was output'd to narrow down the search.
Just knowing how to search with actually reading what you find can result in greater learning and issue mitigation. I can't stress this enough... you need to read more.
