Sound issue on Asus Q550L

Hey Everyone I am now greatly confused. I have tried everything I can think of to get the sound card to work.

At this point I can't think of anything that looks off. alsamixer shows everything at 100%.

Well one thing I just discovered was that if I plug into the headphones port I get sound. I checked and alsamixer shows spearker at 100

I know this is like 11 years later but I had recently fixed this on my own Q550L. I realized that pulseaudio and pipewire were both running at once. Make sure you only have one audio driver running.
