ICC Wireless-N 2230 firmware

Hello,
I would like to apologize for my bad English. I'm from Czech Republic. I use debian for some time, but I decided to go to the arch. I wanted to do a long time ago I just didn't get to it somehow. At first I thought it would be good to try it in a virtual machine. There I arch installed and subsequently the gnome. Arch in VirtualBox works perfectly. So I said that's also on the PC to install arch but there is a problem the same as for Debian. For Debian, it was necessary to put the firmware on Intel Centrino Wireless-N Corporation 2230 from USB or CD/DVD. So I pulled off the. deb package from the Internet and moved it to USB.Then start the installation again and the firmware is installed.
I wonder how do I get the firmware for wireless-N 2230 to install arch Linux.

Many thanks for replies smile
