[fixed] Linux 3.13 drm/radeon regression: GPU lockup (RV730 / HD46xx)

As reported here: https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/1/21/504

Costs +10sec. for starting X.
Workaround:

radeon.runpm=0

kernel param.

Do you know if this bug is fixed in kernel 3.13.2 version ?

I am still using the 3.12 kernel but am forcing dpm with radeon.dpm=1 kernel paramater.  My HD6670 runs cooler and much more reliably with dpm enabled.  I have not tried the 3.13 kernel.

Update:
3.13.3-1-ARCH doesn't show that problem anymore.

Currently, I only see one related warning in dmesg:

[    7.471317] pci_pm_runtime_suspend(): radeon_pmops_runtime_suspend+0x0/0xa0 [radeon] returns -22

Didn't note any negative side effects.
