Fallout 3 - searching for patched built

is there anybody who bilt a working wine built with the neccesary patch included to play fallout 3 so far?
i tried a few times but cant get it compiled yet; maybe i will try it tomorrow on a 32bit machine from my friend but first i want to know if someone has built it already;

What wine packages have you tried?
